E-Commerce Growth Manager

About the role

Hadley Designs, a family-founded, female-led brand of hand-drawn, teacher-designed screen-free educational tools, is hiring an E-Commerce Growth Manager to scale its online sales. The role owns the full P&L of the e-commerce business, with a focus on growing the Amazon business and expanding the multi-channel online presence. It is a remote-first position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of e-commerce, including revenue growth, margin optimization, pricing, advertising and inventory management
• Optimize product listings, content, pricing strategies and promotional plans to improve conversion rates, sales and profitability
• Identify new product opportunities and market expansion avenues and work with internal teams to bring them to market
• Develop and run plans for demand, inventory levels and risk mitigation
• Work with Product Operations, Supply Chain and Design teams to ensure product availability and consistent messaging
• Use data to guide decisions and improve performance metrics across e-commerce platforms

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations, preferably with Amazon Seller Central or similar platforms
• Proven track record of growing revenue, improving profitability and optimizing sales
• Experience managing product positioning, pricing strategies and marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions
• Collaborative, results-driven mindset and ability to handle both strategic and tactical work
