Ecommerce Operations Manager (Remote - LATAM / Asia / Europe)

About the role

Pattern Brands is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Manager to become the operational backbone of its digital platforms team. The role is fully remote and focuses primarily on the Miracle Made brand while also supporting the broader Pattern portfolio. You will work in a fast‑moving environment, handling Shopify store operations, project coordination, SEO, and post‑purchase experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Shopify store operations: product catalog, variants, collections, pricing, promotions, discount codes, and daily site functionality across all brands.
• Coordinate with external development agencies via Asana: write tickets, prioritize sprints, QA deliverables, and keep cross‑functional workstreams on track.
• Support funnel operations: sync stock and catalog data between Shopify and custom landing‑page domains.
• Publish and update site content, imagery, collections, and merchandising structures in collaboration with creative and merch teams.
• Execute on‑site SEO tasks, including metadata optimization, technical fixes, and content updates.
• Assist CRO and analytics efforts: extract data from GA4 and Shopify, maintain reporting, and provide insights for optimization.
• Oversee post‑purchase experience: order confirmation emails, tracking pages, and review program management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years of DTC ecommerce operations experience, preferably with a Shopify Plus brand or agency.
• Strong autonomy, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to work quickly in a high‑velocity environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
