Education & Development Senior Analyst

About the role

The Education & Development Senior Analyst will design, implement and continuously improve training strategies for DiDi Food’s commercial team. Working closely with sales, operations and product teams, you will build capability‑building programs that boost performance and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage face‑to‑face, virtual or blended training programs and learning projects.
• Lead a team to meet the training needs of the commercial organization, from needs identification to course delivery.
• Design, deliver and refine instructional materials and capability‑building sessions for sales staff.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness and impact on sales performance.
• Oversee learning technologies such as LMS and virtual classrooms to enhance delivery.
• Conduct systematic needs analyses to identify gaps and proactively address emerging training requirements.
• Collaborate with strategy, operations, HR and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement of training content, methodologies and formats based on feedback and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Pedagogy or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Fluent English.
• Minimum 3 years experience in training and development management.
• At least 2 years experience working with commercial/sales teams.
• Proven commercial experience with strong understanding of sales team dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
• Detail‑oriented, highly motivated and able to react quickly to changing priorities.
