About the role

We are a leading flower export company seeking a bilingual Commercial Executive to drive business development and manage relationships with national and international clients. The role combines strategic market expansion with hands‑on sales execution in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of national and international clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new markets.
• Build long‑term commercial relationships with strategic clients.
• Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations.
• Coordinate internally to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
• Meet and exceed commercial KPIs and sales targets.
• Participate in business meetings, networking events, and strategic partnerships.
• Prepare commercial reports and follow‑up on business performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, client management, and international market expansion.
• Results‑driven professional with strong negotiation skills.
• Background working with international clients, export operations, or foreign‑trade companies.
• University degree or equivalent technical career.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
