eLearning Experience Designer

About the role

Ninja Tropic is looking for a full‑time eLearning Experience Designer to create interactive training modules and lead client communications. You will work with international nonprofits, associations, and corporations, ensuring high‑quality digital learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise, applying modern learning principles such as ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, microlearning, and scenario‑based design.
• Lead client meetings in English, present concepts and prototypes, manage feedback cycles, and maintain clear project timelines.
• Track instructional design tasks across phases with tools like Trello or Notion, coordinating video editors, animators, designers, and developers.
• Review internal deliverables for quality, ensure revisions are implemented, and monitor learner feedback to continuously improve content.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of instructional design and eLearning development experience.
• Native or bilingual‑level English fluency.
• Strong writing and storytelling ability, with experience in client‑facing roles.
• Detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and able to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise).
• Experience using project‑tracking tools such as Trello or Notion.
• Knowledge of LMS platforms and standards (SCORM, xAPI, Absorb).
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus.
