Email Designer (Lifecycle)

About the role

WITHIN is looking for an Email Designer to join its Lifecycle team. In this role you’ll create compelling, on‑brand email experiences that help clients engage customers and drive measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging, high‑quality email creative for a portfolio of client brands.
• Translate creative briefs, campaign strategies and brand guidelines into effective email designs.
• Create designs for promotional campaigns, product launches, newsletters, triggered communications and automated journeys.
• Develop reusable email templates and modular design systems for efficient, consistent campaign creation.
• Design with a mobile‑first, responsive mindset, ensuring layouts adapt across devices.
• Apply best practices for hierarchy, readability, accessibility, CTA placement and conversion.
• Partner with copywriters, strategists, account teams and developers to bring campaigns from concept to execution.
• Prepare design files and assets for smooth developer handoff and incorporate feedback while maintaining brand consistency.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional digital design experience, preferably with email, CRM or e‑commerce marketing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design fundamentals and digital work.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, color, imagery and brand consistency.
• Experience designing responsive, mobile‑first digital experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
