Email Designer - Lifecycle Team

About the role

WITHIN, a performance branding agency, is looking for an Email Designer to join its Lifecycle team. You will turn campaign strategies, creative briefs and brand guidelines into polished, on-brand email designs across promotional campaigns, product launches, newsletters, triggered communications and automated journeys. The role is fully in-office in Bogotá, five days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging email creative for a portfolio of client brands
• Turn creative briefs, campaign strategies and brand guidelines into effective email designs
• Design reusable email templates and modular design systems so teams can build campaigns consistently
• Work with a mobile-first, responsive mindset and follow email best practices for hierarchy, readability, accessibility, CTAs and conversion
• Collaborate with copywriters, Lifecycle strategists, account teams and Email/CRM developers, and prepare design files for developer handoff
• Incorporate client and internal feedback while keeping brand consistency, and manage several projects and deadlines
• Keep up with email, CRM, e-commerce and digital design trends and use performance insights to improve creative

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional digital design experience, ideally with email, CRM, lifecycle or e-commerce creative
• A strong portfolio showing digital design work and solid visual fundamentals
• Strong attention to detail, ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines, and good communication and collaboration skills
• Nice to have: lifecycle marketing experience, DTC/e-commerce or consumer brand experience, agency experience, and familiarity with Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Attentive

Required skills

• Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Responsive, mobile-first design; email-specific design considerations
• Nice to have: HTML/CSS basics, email QA tools (Litmus, Email on Acid), and experience with performance data and A/B testing
