Email Marketing Analyst

About the role

Tambourine is seeking a bilingual Email Marketing Analyst to join its Bogotá office. The role focuses on creating, launching, and optimizing email campaigns for hospitality and tourism clients, ensuring each message aligns with brand standards and drives engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Email Marketing Manager and Account Service team to build and launch client email campaigns using Tambourine's proprietary drag‑and‑drop builder.
• Design and prepare email graphics, including simple animated GIFs, while maintaining brand consistency.
• Write compelling copy, subject lines, and preview text to maximize open and click‑through rates.
• Maintain clean, accurate client email databases using list‑scrubbing tools to support deliverability and sender reputation.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks for design accuracy, mobile responsiveness, grammar, link functionality, and UTM tracking before deployment.
• Schedule and deploy campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they meet client goals and deadlines.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Email Marketing, Digital Marketing, or CRM Marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong copywriting ability with adaptability to different brand voices.
• Basic understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, personalization, and performance metrics.
• Attention to detail in design, layout, grammar, and link tracking.
