Email Marketing & CRM Specialist – Lifecycle & CRM Strategy

About the role

UJV is looking for a Lifecycle Architect and CRM Strategist to design and optimise its email marketing engine. You will turn advisor engagement into measurable growth for our luxury travel brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the HubSpot CRM ecosystem, creating scalable segmentation and lifecycle strategies.
• Design, build and execute high‑performing email campaigns across nurture flows, co‑op initiatives, re‑engagement sequences and conversion‑focused programs.
• Develop sophisticated segmentation models based on advisor behaviour, booking trends and destination interests.
• Create automated workflows that guide advisors through onboarding, nurturing, re‑engagement and conversion funnels.
• Continuously improve audience targeting, engagement scoring and database health to maximise conversion opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in email marketing and CRM strategy, preferably within a B2B or luxury‑service environment.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation and personalisation techniques.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse engagement metrics and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
