Enterprise Account Specialist

About the role

SellCord is an agency that helps businesses launch and scale brands on Walmart Marketplace. Its Account Management team supports U.S.-based Account Managers, and it is looking for an Enterprise Account Specialist to support larger, high-value accounts. The position is based in Bogotá or Barranquilla, hybrid, at 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Support U.S.-based Account Managers in managing day-to-day operations of enterprise client accounts
• Act as the main point of contact for client requests, updates and ongoing communication by email and call
• Lead client meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations and follow-ups
• Prepare performance reports, replenishment analysis and meeting recaps
• Coordinate product launches and make sure internal tasks are executed on time
• Work with advertising teams to monitor and improve campaign performance
• Track sales data and key performance indicators to spot trends and opportunities
• Keep account documentation and workflows accurate and up to date

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role; e-commerce, marketing or sales experience preferred
• Experience supporting large or complex accounts is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• High attention to detail, strong organization, ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Slack
• Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
