Enterprise Printing Solutions Presales Technical Consultant

About the role

As a Presales Technical Consultant you will work directly with customers to demonstrate HP hardware, software and solutions, translating business challenges into technical recommendations. You will partner closely with sales to win new business and retain existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultative presales support for enterprise printing solutions, including discovery, solution design and proposal preparation.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos and proof‑of‑concepts to customers and channel partners.
• Collaborate with sales, services, product and delivery teams to validate solution feasibility and remove technical blockers.
• Maintain expertise in enterprise printing technologies, Microsoft infrastructure and AI‑enabled capabilities.

Required profile

• University or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT or presales roles.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to build relationships with technical decision‑makers.

Required skills

• Enterprise printing hardware and software.
• Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS.
• Networking fundamentals and security concepts.
• AI and data‑driven analytics for discovery, fleet optimization and predictive support.
