ERP Program Level Project Manager – Quality Assurance (Bilingual English)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Program Level Project Manager to lead user acceptance testing for a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation. The role focuses on the Project Operations and Finance and Operations modules, ensuring high‑quality delivery across multiple integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the UAT strategy, testing plan, schedule and processes for the Dynamics 365 modules in scope.
• Coordinate testing activities across integrations, aligning test cases with business requirements.
• Manage test automation using AccelQ and track testing tasks, status and reporting in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with business users, developers and system integrators to resolve issues and keep releases on track.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks and next steps.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of program‑level project management experience with a focus on QA and UAT for ERP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Proven experience leading UAT for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Project Operations and Finance and Operations) in a global environment.
• Experience with test automation and risk management for ERP testing.
