Ethics & Compliance Specialist – Anti-Corruption

About the role

The Ethics & Compliance Specialist will support McKinsey's Anti-Corruption and Financial Crimes program, focusing on third‑party intermediary oversight. You will work within the Client & Regulatory Compliance pillar to embed integrity standards across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and refining anti‑corruption policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with relevant laws.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Global Social Responsibility teams to drive awareness, training, and monitoring of the anti‑corruption program.
• Support region‑focused initiatives to promote the integrity agenda and raise awareness of the E&C program.
• Contribute to the evolution of the firm’s E&C program, ensuring it remains holistic and embedded in daily practice.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (e.g., JD, CPA) or relevant professional certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in ethics, compliance, risk, legal or governance, with at least 3 years leading anti‑corruption, third‑party, financial crimes or AML programs.
• Strong analytical, issue‑spotting and problem‑solving abilities, with discretion handling confidential matters.
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
