Executive Assistant – Sales & Commercial Strategy (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

Million is seeking an Executive Assistant who will combine administrative support with a strong focus on consultative sales, strategy, and commercial analysis. Working remotely from Colombia, you will partner closely with real‑estate agents and the leadership team to enhance client relationships, guide commercial decisions, and help close high‑value deals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client tour schedules and logistics.
• Analyze CRM data and generate actionable reports.
• Develop follow‑up strategies to support deal closures.
• Provide the business team with insights and structured analysis.
• Deliver high‑quality post‑sale client service.

Required profile

• Results‑driven and commercially minded.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Clear communicator with strategic thinking.
• Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute actively.
• Full professional fluency in English (C1‑C2 level).
• 2+ years in bilingual sales, business development, or commercial data analysis.
• Availability on weekends (two weekdays off).

Required skills

• CRM experience.
• Familiarity with data analysis or AI tools.
