Executive Project Manager

About the role

As an Executive Project Manager at elev8.io you will own the coordination, visibility and execution of strategic, company‑wide initiatives. Working directly with the C‑suite and department heads, you will translate high‑level decisions into actionable plans that drive measurable outcomes across Marketing, Tech, Sales, Operations, Finance and Delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives that span multiple departments simultaneously.
• Own project timelines, milestones and delivery accountability from kick‑off through completion.
• Maintain full project visibility through structured dashboards, status reports and executive updates.
• Run project kick‑off meetings, weekly stand‑ups, retrospectives and milestone reviews with department leads.
• Proactively identify blockers, risks and dependencies before they become escalations.
• Serve as the primary communication layer between leadership and delivery teams, producing executive‑ready status reports and project scorecards.
• Partner with the VP of Operations and C‑level team to prioritize the project portfolio based on company OKRs and capacity.
• Design, document and standardise project‑management workflows, SOPs and templates.
• Audit existing processes and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain a centralized project‑portfolio view for real‑time leadership clarity.
• Champion adoption of PM tools and methodologies across departments.
• Coordinate resource and capacity planning, flag constraints and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Track project health across the portfolio and escalate bandwidth, budget or scope risks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a company‑wide or cross‑department PM capacity at a marketing agency or high‑growth service company.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑department projects on time and within scope.
• Fluent English communication skills.
