About the role

We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our Executive Search team and help identify leadership talent for BairesDev and its clients. This fully remote position focuses on sourcing, assessing, and placing senior‑level candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies for executive and senior‑level roles.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications.
• Support offer negotiations and placement processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Expand professional networks to source qualified talent.
• Stay informed on market trends to refine recruitment approaches.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Familiarity with recruiting for the US market.
• Proven ability to work effectively in remote environments.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Skilled in candidate assessment.
