Expert Business Support – Talent Acquisition

About the role

The role focuses on sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for business support functions, with an emphasis on freight forwarding and logistics positions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute targeted sourcing via internal ATS and external job boards for active and passive candidates.
• Screen candidates to ensure qualifications match open position requirements.
• Manage applicant tracking flow, record maintenance and candidate experience in line with company policy.
• Carry out focused freight forwarding recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Professionals or students in Psychology, Business Administration or a similar field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment, selection and profile review processes.
• Nice to have experience in recruitment for freight forwarders and knowledge of freight forwarding business.
• Good verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong customer service, teamwork and autonomy.

• Ability to build and maintain a continuous pipeline of candidates.
• Self‑motivated, organized with excellent follow‑up skills.
