Expert Clinical Sales Specialist – Bogotá

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Expert Clinical Sales Specialist to drive growth of the Orthopaedics business in Bogotá. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals while acting as a clinical and product expert.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and implement innovative programs for the Clinical Sales – Surgeons area.
• Identify opportunities based on trend and competitive analysis to improve sales strategy.
• Communicate product knowledge, launches, policies, and guidelines across the sales team.
• Document and maintain customer account information and monitor the sales pipeline.
• Drive data‑driven targeting and opportunity identification using analytics tools.
• Expand product expertise within the assigned geography and coach junior colleagues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in applications support or capital equipment sales.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Intermediate English proficiency and strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience negotiating with non‑clinical stakeholders and building long‑term relationships.
• Hunter mindset with ability to generate leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
