Facebook Ads Specialist – Media Buyer

About the role

We are a full‑service marketing agency focused on lead generation for home‑service businesses, primarily tree services. We are looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to manage and grow our client portfolio. This full‑time independent contractor role works alongside our in‑house team and offers a path to leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns (lead gen, traffic, conversion).
• Monitor daily performance and optimize for cost per lead, lead quality, and ROI.
• Efficiently manage budgets, scale high‑performing campaigns, and create converting offers.
• Build and refine lead forms, landing pages, and tracking pixels.
• Develop ad creatives using Canva or AI tools and write compelling copy.
• Set up and manage custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
• Post and manage organic content on client pages when needed.
• Conduct A/B testing on creative, copy, audiences, and offers.
• Provide performance updates and actionable recommendations.
• Track tasks in Asana and log hours with Time Doctor.

Required profile

• Proven U.S.‑based Facebook Ads experience with verifiable work history.
• Home‑service lead generation experience (tree services, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Expertise in local service ads, not e‑commerce.
• Available to work full‑time during Central Time business hours.
• Self‑sufficient professional who can start without extensive training.
• 2+ years of hands‑on Facebook Ads management (expertise valued over years).
