Facilities Services Administrator

About the role

Rockwell Automation seeks a proactive Workplace Services Administrator to manage daily operations of its Bogotá office, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workplace operations, overseeing facilities, services, and office systems.
• Lead operational staff and third‑party providers such as cleaning, maintenance, courier, and security.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for HVAC, CCTV, UPS, painting, fleet and other workplace services.
• Serve as primary contact for internal facility service requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Support preventive maintenance, safety compliance, audits and office moves.

Required profile

• Technical or associate degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Operations, Industrial Maintenance or related field.
• Excellent English proficiency and ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
• 3+ years of experience in facilities coordination, workplace services or building operations.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and supporting EHS compliance programs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with document management systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC, CCTV, UPS and workplace security systems.
