Field Sales Representative (On‑site)

About the role

Addi is a fast‑growing fintech and the leading Buy‑Now‑Pay‑Later provider in Colombia. The Field Sales Representative will expand the partner network of SMB merchants through aggressive cold prospecting and rapid in‑field activation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily cold field sweeps to identify, contact and close SMB merchants, ensuring the first transaction occurs shortly after signing.
• Own territory strategy by mapping clusters, analysing GMV potential and planning efficient prospecting routes.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing, adapting the pitch to each merchant’s needs.
• Log all activities in Salesforce with 100% accuracy and use the data to forecast results.
• Follow up post‑closing to guarantee the partner’s first origination within 48 hours.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of uninterrupted experience in 100 % cold field sales (hunter role), preferably in fintech, telecom or B2B services.
• Consistently exceeded sales quotas (110 %+), demonstrating resilience and self‑start attitude.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate GMV targets into daily territory plans.

• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and reporting.
