Field Service Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join Manitowoc Cranes and apply your expertise in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance and technical reporting while ensuring compliance with quality, environmental and safety policies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform basic electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs on crane equipment.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to complete tasks and acquire knowledge.
• Execute preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
• Prepare technical reports and evaluate equipment, parts and service requirements.
• Support coworkers by answering technical questions and following manuals, drawings and diagrams.
• Adhere to all health, safety, quality and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Technical degree (e.g., engineering, electromechanical).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, adaptability, self‑motivation and teamwork orientation.
• Customer‑focused attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
