Finance & Accounting Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Finance & Accounting Analyst to support the day‑to‑day financial operations of a fast‑growing international e‑commerce business. The role is fully remote and will work closely with the Controller and senior finance leadership across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
• Process supplier invoices, support accounts payable and assist with customer invoicing and accounts receivable follow‑up.
• Support month‑end close activities, maintain accurate accounting records and documentation for several international entities.
• Assist with intercompany reconciliations, balance reviews and preparation of monthly management reports.
• Contribute to P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow reporting, and investigate financial variances.
• Identify and implement improvements to finance workflows, reporting automation and data integration across systems.
• Participate in finance transformation projects, historical data clean‑up, audit support and ad‑hoc business analysis.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with accounting processes such as bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable and month‑end close.
• Comfortable handling multiple international entities and intercompany transactions.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on improving reporting accuracy and process efficiency.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with senior finance leaders and cross‑functional teams.
