Finance Acquisition and Divestiture Supervisor

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson's Finance Integration team to lead end‑to‑end finance integration for acquisitions and divestitures. You will drive due diligence, operational readiness, testing, cut‑over, go‑live and stabilization activities while collaborating with senior leaders worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead accounting workstreams across due diligence, operational readiness, knowledge transfer, cut‑over, go‑live, stabilization and transition to steady‑state teams.
• Coordinate integration plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and action tracking across finance, compliance, technology and project teams.
• Assess acquired‑company processes and convert them into compliant, standardized J&J finance processes, including controls and documentation.
• Oversee month‑end and quarter‑end close readiness for integrated entities, including journal entries, reconciliations and audit support.
• Support TSA design, execution and exit, monitoring service commitments and post‑exit actions.
• Manage, coach and develop team members, balancing workload and providing leadership through complex transitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including people or project leadership.
• Strong general accounting knowledge, understanding of P&L, balance sheet, close, reconciliations and internal controls.
• Experience in acquisitions, integrations, divestitures or finance transformation preferred.
• Advanced English; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP or JDE.
• Experience using BlackLine.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience with Alteryx or similar data‑analytics tools.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
