Finance Associate

About the role

Inchcape Digital is seeking a Finance Associate to support finance operations, strengthen controls, and enhance procurement and accounting processes across the business. You will work within a collaborative team, contributing to both strategic analysis and day‑to‑day financial support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end indirect procurement, including purchase orders, supplier management, quotations, contract compliance, and procure‑to‑pay activities.
• Maintain supplier records, monitor deliveries, resolve inquiries, and ensure accurate, timely procurement transactions.
• Implement and monitor procurement controls, ensure policy compliance, and support internal and external audits.
• Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and support month‑end close.
• Perform financial and variance analysis, support budget management, cost control initiatives, and coordinate supplier pre‑payments and invoice processing.
• Develop and maintain procurement and finance reports, dashboards, and analyses using Excel and digital tools, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in administrative, accounting or financial roles.
• English proficiency at B1 level.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• SAP (preferred)
• Knowledge of accounting principles and month‑end close processes
• Experience with account reconciliation tools (advantage)
