Finance Business Partner Manager

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Finance Business Partner Manager to join the Chief Administrative Office (CAO). In this role you will partner with legal, policy, corporate security and community teams to provide financial insight that drives strategic decisions and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop financial models and analyses to support business strategies and investment cases.
• Assist in the creation of annual long‑term plans, operating budgets and forecasts for the CAO.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Prepare materials for business reviews, scorecards, dashboards and operating reviews.
• Collaborate with Corporate FP&A and reporting teams on planning deliverables.
• Manage departmental technology spend and total cost of ownership with MC Tech portfolio managers.
• Drive cost‑management initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to business partners.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and make calculated decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
