Finance Business Partner – UI Canada

About the role

Unilever is looking for a Finance Business Partner to support the North America UI business, with responsibility for the Canadian P&L. Based in Bogotá, you will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with stakeholders across the region and globally to drive responsible growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead forecast submissions and support the S&OP process to ensure accurate financial projections.
• Deliver margin, variance and flux analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Partner with North America OpCo, sales, marketing and Singapore UI Finance to improve business performance.
• Monitor topline growth and align results with responsible growth objectives.
• Prepare and present financial reports for senior leadership.
• Oversee financial performance across Canadian market channels.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning or related roles, preferably in FMCG.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong collaboration skills with diverse, global stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting complex data.
