Finance Director – Colombia

About the role

As Finance Director for Roche Diagnostics Colombia, you will act as a strategic leader and trusted advisor to the affiliate’s General Manager, driving financial performance, operational excellence and sustainable growth. Based in Bogota, you will partner with commercial teams to ensure delivery of results and uphold a culture of compliance, integrity and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the local finance and operations strategy, aligning global and regional frameworks with Colombian commercial priorities.
• Provide deep financial analysis, forecasting and commercial guidance to the Colombian Leadership Team to support key decisions and negotiations.
• Oversee procurement, treasury, audit, SHE and communications functions in partnership with Roche Services Solutions.
• Lead a high‑performing finance team, applying VACC leadership principles and fostering personal development and diversity.
• Shape and implement agile ways of working, adapting finance and sustainability operating models to meet transformation goals.
• Set and manage financial targets, budgets and investment frameworks in strict compliance with regional and global guidelines.
• Drive the Finance Ambitions across stakeholders by leveraging optimized processes and service solutions.

Required profile

• Professional accounting or finance qualification (CPA, CA, ACA, CIMA, Finance BSc/MSc, MBA) or equivalent corporate finance experience.
• Extensive experience in a disciplined accounting/finance environment with commercial, financial and management accounting responsibilities.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and to influence business decisions.
• Strong track record of leading finance teams and delivering results in a multinational organization.
