About the role
Revolut’s Finance team drives clarity and confidence across the business. We are seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Manager to lead month‑end closes, build a high‑standard control environment, and ensure accuracy and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare statutory and consolidated GL accounts in Oracle NetSuite following local norms and IFRS.
- Coordinate the accounting and month‑end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Analyse changes in key general ledger accounts and manage accounting policies.
- Implement process improvements and automation to boost reporting efficiency.
- Participate in annual and interim audits and advise on accounting and reporting issues.
Required profile
- Degree in finance or economics.
- 4+ years of experience in finance and controlling, preferably in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidated financial reporting.
- Experience in a fast‑growing, international organisation.
Required skills
- Oracle NetSuite (ERP)
- IFRS accounting standards
