Finance Manager

About the role

Hasbro is looking for a Finance Manager to join its Colombia office. The role will support the company’s global finance function by providing risk assessment, strategic analysis and process improvement for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Assess financial and business risks linked to key decisions and deliver executive‑level reporting for senior management.
• Provide analytical support for strategic and ad‑hoc initiatives, including planning, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Interpret complex financial data, identify trends and risks, and present clear, actionable recommendations.
• Communicate financial insights through written and verbal storytelling to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
• Identify, design and lead improvements to standardise, automate and streamline financial processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong expertise in financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Excellent analytical abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Proven leadership capability and an ownership mindset.
• Results‑driven and able to perform effectively under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Python programming.
• Power BI for data visualisation.
• SAP working knowledge.
• Financial modelling, valuation and data modelling.
