Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will provide disciplined financial insight to support decision‑making, performance and growth across AmaWaterways. This role bridges the Colombia finance team with HQ Finance in Calabasas, leading the integration of the Colombia entity into the global ERP system while ensuring alignment with worldwide accounting policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the integration of the Colombia entity into the global ERP system, covering implementation, testing and user adoption.
• Ensure alignment with global accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Partner with HQ Finance leadership to manage timelines, milestones and successful delivery of the ERP project.
• Oversee finance operations for the Barranquilla location and maintain regular on‑site presence as needed.
• Coordinate finance compliance activities across Medellín and the Guest Contact Center.
• Handle guest deposits in accordance with Colombian regulatory requirements.
• Build strong partnerships between Colombia Finance and HQ Finance to ensure consistent processes and reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning processes aligned with business priorities.
• Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and clear variance analysis.
• Perform financial analysis for vessel and shoreside operations, including crew, fuel, port charges, hotel operations and maintenance.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, change‑oriented professional with experience in finance operations and ERP integrations.
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple Colombian locations and maintain regular on‑site presence.
• Strong communication skills to partner with senior leadership and regional teams.
