Finance Manager

About the role

9606 Capital, a real‑estate investment and asset‑management firm focused on industrial properties, is looking for a proactive Finance Manager. The role will serve as the internal finance lead for the General Partner and management company entities, ensuring accurate reporting, effective budgeting, and robust financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, maintain rolling forecasts, and monitor performance against budget.
• Prepare financial analyses, KPI dashboards, and executive reports for management decision‑making.
• Own month‑end and year‑end close coordination, reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain cash forecasts, monitor liquidity, and produce periodic cash‑flow reports.
• Coordinate annual tax preparation and compliance with external CPA firms.
• Improve accounting workflows, develop standardized procedures, and ensure audit‑ready records.

Required profile

• Strong accounting foundation with experience in month‑end and year‑end close.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.
