Finance Manager – Remote (Colombia)

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial operations of Cadex Insurance Recovery, a division of Cadex Solutions. Reporting jointly to the Global CFO and the EVP/General Manager, the role is fully remote and focused on delivering accurate financial insight for key clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting packages, including variance analysis versus budget, forecast and prior year.
• Collaborate with the Accounting Team to ensure alignment between actual results and planned forecasts.
• Support the monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, providing timely and accurate inputs.
• Assist in the development of financial models and scenario analyses for strategic decision‑making.
• Monitor key performance indicators and recommend corrective actions when needed.

Required profile

• Meticulous, detail‑oriented professional with a strong passion for accounting and numbers.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing variables and business needs.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
