Finance Senior Analyst

About the role

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Finance Senior Analyst to support the Regional Finance Director and Site Director. The role partners closely with Operations and Finance teams to monitor, plan, and control plant financial performance, focusing on P&L variance analysis, cost management, and key financial KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze monthly, quarterly and annual P&L results, identifying variances versus budget and forecast.
• Execute end‑to‑end cost rolls, update standard costs and maintain manufacturing inputs for accurate reporting.
• Conduct detailed inventory analysis to provide visibility into inventory health and mitigate financial risk.
• Prepare and present financial reports that highlight trends, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Operations and the Site Director to track KPIs such as manufacturing variances, absorption, wages and utilities.
• Support the development and submission of quarterly forecasts and the annual budget in line with corporate guidelines.
• Evaluate direct and indirect plant expenses and monitor cost‑saving initiatives.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis to aid management decisions and participate in month‑end closing activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting tools.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Several years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to senior leadership.
