Finance Specialist – Bogotá

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to consolidate, analyze and review plant financial results, supporting budgeting, forecasting and strategic decision‑making for our operations in the Pacific scope.

Key responsibilities

• Lead plant budgeting, forecasting and annual operating plan processes, including standard cost budgeting and outlook preparation.
• Partner with plant leadership to conduct scenario analysis, identify opportunities and provide financial guidance.
• Consolidate plant financial results, analyse variances against targets and prepare executive presentations for period‑end, budget and outlook reviews.
• Monitor factory expenses, validate accruals, review budget parameters and ensure compliance with internal audit and control requirements.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, support zero‑based budgeting compliance and identify productivity and cost‑saving initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply‑chain, manufacturing or factory finance environments.
• Business‑level English proficiency for professional and financial discussions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑influence capabilities.
