Finance Supervisor

About the role

JetSMART is looking for a Finance Supervisor for its office in Bogota, Colombia. The role coordinates the local execution of treasury, accounting, purchasing, foreign trade, insurance and corporate legal processes, working with headquarters functional teams to support local operations and give short-, medium- and long-term management recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify local cost-saving plans, contract management and financial improvement opportunities and recommend them to functional teams.
• Take part in country-wide budgeting and forecasting, helping departments build detailed financial plans.
• Execute local financial strategies and processes, including local banking management.
• Develop business cases and financial justifications for local capital expenditures and strategic projects.
• Work with operational teams to cut costs without compromising service quality and safety.
• Oversee local cash flow and treasury, keeping adequate liquidity, optimising cash use and minimising risk.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting or a related field.
• 4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, business operations or related fields, with sound judgment.
• Advanced English.
• Experience with multinational corporations or complex business structures.
