Financial Analyst II (Bilingual)

About the role

The Financial Analyst II supports project and business financial performance by preparing reports, budgets, forecasts and variance analyses. Working closely with project managers and business leaders, the role provides financial insights, monitors profitability and ensures cost control while adhering to corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Americas region during budget and quarterly forecast cycles, handling data collection, upload, validation and integrity.
• Analyse actuals versus forecasts and budgets, track KPIs, business drivers and market conditions, and produce monthly and quarterly business review reports.
• Perform detailed variance analysis for MPP projects, identify key risks and opportunities, and ensure high‑quality presentation of information.
• Drive internal control frameworks, provide independent risk assessments and conduct ad‑hoc business analysis as required.

Required profile

• Diploma in Accounting or a 4‑year Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business.
• Familiarity with ERP and BI environments, specifically Oracle GBS.
• Ability to handle confidential data and work with sensitive financial information.
