Financial Analyst – Supply Chain (Hybrid)

About the role

The Supply Chain Finance team is looking for a Financial Analyst to support intercompany pricing, profit elimination and tax-related activities. Working in a hybrid setting in Cali, you will ensure accurate financial information flows across the supply chain and contribute to strategic finance projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support intercompany transactions, pricing and financial analysis.
• Assist with forecasting, month‑end close and variance analysis.
• Analyze manufacturing, cost, inventory and currency impacts.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Tax, Compliance and Finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Contribute to process improvement and standardisation initiatives.
• Support regional and global finance projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or Business.
• At least 2 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in principal finance.
• Strong analytical and financial‑modeling abilities.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional, matrix environments.
• Advanced English; Spanish is a plus.
