Financial Controller (VIE) – Bogotá

About the role

Join SII Colombia as a Financial Controller on a V.I.E. contract and work directly with local management and the International Zone finance teams. You will be involved in both financial control and operational controlling from day one, helping the subsidiary grow while gaining exposure to a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the accounting team during the monthly close: collect data, validate entries and analyse the P&L.
• Contribute to the annual budget and rolling forecasts.
• Optimise the invoicing process and monitor project financials (margin, progress, budget deviations).
• Act as a business partner to local managers, turning their needs into steering tools and challenging figures.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards covering key financial and operational indicators.
• Design new reports to fill data blind spots and ensure correct use of the ERP and group tools.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects across the International Zone.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance (business school, CCA, DSCG or equivalent).
• First experience in controlling, FP&A or audit.
• Spanish at B2+/C1 level and English at B2+/C1 level.
• Strong analytical mindset, rigor and autonomy.
