Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a seasoned Finance professional to lead Financial Planning & Analysis for its Security Solutions business in Colombia. The role will drive financial insight, support strategic initiatives, and ensure transparent reporting across global and regional finance partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Security Solutions business, guaranteeing data accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews to senior management, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support decision‑making, scenario planning, and business‑process improvements.
• Coordinate with global and regional finance business partners, product managers, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Support the LBF initiative by maintaining business models that analyze revenue, expense, and profitability trends (e.g., MIS, KPIs, CEO deck).
• Leverage automation and data‑driven approaches to build consistent modeling frameworks for finance partners.
• Drive change‑management initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Create compelling presentations that translate complex financial data into clear business stories and coach team members on effective communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading FP&A functions, preferably within security or technology solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, drive process improvements, and support strategic initiatives.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed environment with regional finance partners.
