Financial Planning Analyst

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst supports enterprise financial planning and analysis through budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, financial modeling, and strategic analysis. The role partners with leadership and operational teams to provide insights that drive decision‑making and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial budgets, forecasts and analyses on a timely basis.
• Own and maintain the long‑range financial planning model.
• Develop and maintain enterprise cash‑flow forecasts.
• Perform revenue analysis, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Build financial models for strategic initiatives, new business opportunities and operational improvements.
• Partner with Development and Operations teams on growth and strategic analysis.
• Prepare executive‑level financial analyses, reports and presentations.
• Support acquisition integration and value‑creation initiatives through financial analysis.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support financial planning and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and executive reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information to leadership and stakeholders.
• Proven financial modeling and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
