Financial Reporting Analyst

About the role

The Financial Reporting Analyst will bridge finance and technology, turning complex data into actionable insights for executive decision‑making. You will design and maintain data models, dashboards, and automated reports that track profitability, KPIs, and vendor performance across business units.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present compensation models and analyze business unit metrics.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders to drive profitability and discuss over‑achievement results.
• Develop presentations and visualizations that highlight KPI impacts on profitability.
• Calculate sales commissions and support ad‑hoc finance initiatives.
• Automate manual reporting processes to ensure a single source of truth.
• Design, cleanse, and optimize relational data flows from multiple sources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting, data modeling, or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior management.
• Proven ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, Power Pivot, Power Query, and DAX.
• Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
