Fleet Regional Operations Manager

About the role

The Global Services Fleet Regional Operations Manager will oversee day‑to‑day fleet activities in Colombia, ensuring efficient vehicle acquisition, maintenance, fuel management and compliance while delivering a positive experience for fleet‑eligible employees.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet operations such as vehicle delivery, return, maintenance and repairs.
• Serve as primary liaison between leasing companies, fleet management firms, OEMs and internal J&J functions.
• Balance local business needs with J&J’s global fleet strategy, supporting demand forecasting and vehicle specification ordering.
• Implement process improvements to drive cost‑effective and efficient fleet operations.
• Review supplier performance against KPIs and service level agreements.
• Analyze regional fleet performance data to identify efficiencies.
• Resolve escalations from fleet‑eligible employees regarding maintenance, pool cars, or vehicle replacement.
• Provide regular status updates and flag risks to the GS Fleet Operations Lead.

Required profile

• At least 1.4 years of experience in fleet operations, procurement or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing relationships with fleet management companies, OEMs and other suppliers.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and project‑management skills.
