Forward Deploy Engineer (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

Yuno is looking for a Forward Deploy Engineer to join its Commercial team in Brazil. This remote, LATAM‑focused position blends deep technical expertise with a commercial mindset, helping prospects understand why Yuno’s payment infrastructure is the right fit for their business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to gather technical requirements and deliver tailored, code‑level product demonstrations.
• Design, build, and execute custom API integrations and proof‑of‑concepts for prospective clients.
• Answer technical questions during sales cycles, including API architecture, authentication flows, tokenization, and webhook error handling.
• Prepare RFP responses and sample code that showcase Yuno’s capabilities.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on API design friction, missing SDK features, and developer experience improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with payment or fintech APIs.
• Comfortable reading API documentation, debugging webhook payloads, and communicating complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong commercial orientation with the ability to influence buying decisions.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.
