Freight Broker – Sales & Account Management

About the role

Circle Logistics is seeking a motivated Freight Broker to join its sales team in Colombia. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and carriers, ensuring freight moves smoothly from pick‑up to delivery while growing your own book of business.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate freight rates with carriers and secure capacity.
• Manage daily shipments to guarantee timely pick‑ups and deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing strategy and account implementation.
• Resolve transportation issues quickly and professionally.
• Identify and onboard new carriers based on volume and lane density.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of shipping lanes, geography, and seasonal trends.
• Meet and exceed monthly performance targets.

Required profile

• Must reside in Colombia.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience in freight brokerage or account management is preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Drive.
