Freight Broker Sales Representative (Remote)

About the role

Logicstics is expanding its freight brokerage division and seeks experienced Freight Broker Sales Representatives to work remotely. The role focuses on prospecting, developing shipper accounts, and growing a portfolio of transportation customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new shipper accounts via phone, email and other sales channels.
• Quote and sell truckload, LTL, expedited and other freight services, negotiating rates while maintaining margins.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, follow‑up consistently and convert prospects into long‑term customers.
• Coordinate with operations and carrier teams to ensure proper shipment execution.

Required profile

• Previous freight brokerage sales experience with a proven track record of acquiring new shipper accounts.
• Strong telephone prospecting, negotiation and closing skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of truckload, LTL, expedited freight services.
• Understanding of freight pricing, carrier rates and brokerage processes.
• Proficiency with CRM and transportation management systems.
