Freight Operations & Pricing Support Analyst

About the role

Join a fast‑growing freight forwarding company as a Freight Operations & Pricing Support Analyst. You will manage international routing orders across multiple regions and transport modes while collaborating with teams in Latin America, Asia and external agents.

Key responsibilities

• Process Release Orders (ROs) in Logiware for FCL, LCL and Air operations from Colombia and other Latin American offices.
• Create and maintain Logiware files for air shipments involving external agents.
• Request EXW costs from Asian agents for FCL and LCL shipments.
• Handle quotes for air operations and support pricing teams across Latam.
• Coordinate with the Air team in China and ensure clear communication with international agents and internal teams.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in commercial or quoting roles within a freight forwarding environment.
• Intermediate to advanced English (B2–C1) with strong conversational ability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business or a related field.
• Availability to work 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Colombian time and align with Shanghai time zones.
• Based in Bogotá and able to work remotely with occasional office visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Logiware freight management software.
