Freight Operations & Pricing Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Freight Operations & Pricing Support Analyst to join our international freight forwarding team. Based in Bogotá, you will work with colleagues across Latin America and Asia to manage routing orders and support pricing activities for ocean and air shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Process Release Orders (ROs) in Logiware for FCL, LCL and air shipments received from the Colombia office and other regional locations (Mexico, Panama, Chile, Peru).
• Create and maintain Logiware files for air operations involving external agents.
• Request EXW costs from Asian agents for FCL and LCL shipments and manage incoming air quotes.
• Provide pricing support to teams in Colombia, Mexico, Panama, Chile and Peru, handling quote and cost‑related inquiries.
• Coordinate with the air team in China and maintain clear communication with international agents, regional offices and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in commercial or quoting roles within a freight forwarding environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced English (B2‑C1) for daily interaction with the Asia team.
• Availability to work Sunday‑Thursday 15:30‑23:00 (COL time) and Fridays 14:00‑18:30 on‑site.
• Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Logiware freight management system.
