Front Line Assistant – Cartagena

About the role
The Front Line Assistant will greet patients at Convatec’s clinic in Cartagena, manage their registration, and ensure that all required services are correctly documented in the system. This position is essential for maintaining smooth clinic operations and delivering a high level of customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Enter patient information accurately into the clinic’s system.
- Collect co‑payment fees and process payments.
- Promote and sell medical products to private users.
- Handle cash transactions and perform daily cash closures.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Studies in Nursing Assistance, Accounting or related fields are desirable.
- Experience in customer service or reception within a medical setting is preferred.
- Experience handling cash transactions, including co‑payment collection.
- Basic knowledge of Excel is required.
- Availability to work on‑site in Cartagena.
Required skills
- Basic Excel proficiency.
