Full-Cycle Recruiter (Remote)

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to build an elite, fast‑moving team across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy. This remote position focuses on sourcing, engaging and hiring top talent in Latin America, South Africa and beyond, offering high visibility of impact every day.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end hiring process from intake calls with leadership to final offers.
• Source and engage candidates across Latin America, South Africa and other regions.
• Provide a seamless, respectful candidate experience that reflects Blacksmith standards.
• Assess candidates for skills, cultural fit and performance potential.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full‑time talent for rapid hiring.
• Keep a clean, data‑driven pipeline in the ATS and keep hiring managers informed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in tech, digital or creative agencies.
• High accountability mindset with minimal need for micromanagement.
• Global perspective comfortable with multiple time zones and cultures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
